On-line journal of the General Jewish Labour Union (in Yiddish the Algemeyner Yidisher Arbeter Bund). The Bund was a Jewish socialist party and union in several European countries (mostly Eastern Europe) and in the United States, operating predominantly between the 1890s and the 1930s. It lost most of its members in the Holocaust. Remnants of the party are still active in the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Israel and the United Kingdom.
